Corporate Philosophies of UAP Tax Firm
“Trust and Integrity,” “Freedom and Creation,” and “Excellent Professionalism and Problem-Solving”- our core tenets.
As the legal and taxation systems have changed significantly, and as they
are still in a state of flux, practices to protect and inherit corporate/individual
properties are becoming increasingly complex.
We are committed to present our professional service through steady effort, and fully utilize new practices to help customers solve their problems as freely and creatively as possible.
For that purpose, we make our customers’ trust as the very foundation for decision-making; through this trust we carry out our tasks with integrity, constantly imposing a high standard of duty on ourselves in response to our customers’ expectations.
In order to respond to our customers’ trust, we pursue our tasks under the following three philosophies:
1. We will see things from the customer’s perspective
2. We will not pursue more profit than appropriate and carry out our work
with the spirit of genuine service
3. We will be honest and truthful
We will never intercede with customers to purchase unnecessary properties, insurance or others. It is our hope that our firm seeks to realize these philosophies while developing ourselves at the same time.
“Trust and Integrity”
For many years, we have helped our customers make decisions pertaining
to capital gains taxation and inheritance tax .
When making a decision concerning important property, we understand that there are always some barriers to overcome at the end. In the process of making a creative decision, we truly believe our “customers’ trust” is the most important element necessary through which we can overcome these barriers.
We can never overcome the final barrier unless our customers firmly believe
in us, and that we have studied the problem as real professionals, and
we have provided advice objectively, fairly and truthfully.
In order to respond to our customers’ trust, therefore, we need to have professional sophistication and knowledge. In addition, we must make it a rule to act only for the profit and interest of our customers.
“Trust and Integrity” is our first tenet.
“Freedom and Creation”
When we actually try to address a problem regarding properties, there are always tax and legal provisions to pay careful attention to. In order to support customers’ free and creative decision-making, we will consider how to utilize these rules.
We will address problems with free ideas, thinking outside the box, to
meet the real needs. There are indeed limitations, but we will not merely
apply rules, but study the problems in light of their original intention
and idea, so that we may propose the best solution possible.
Freedom and Creation” is our second tenet.
“Excellent Professionalism and Problem-Solving”
Our task is primarily to understand the tax system accurately and comply
with it. We will continue our ceaseless effort to keep pace with changing
tax and other systems.
In particular, we will not just focus on theories but also research practically
how to solve customers’ problems. It is our goal to show sophisticated
and model professionalism in order to help customers solve their problems.
“Excellent Professionalism and Problem-Solving” is our third tenet.
